The Nort West Regional Fund for Health Promotion – Public Interest Group (NWRFHP-PIG) established by law n°2010/023 of 21st December 2010, requires the services of an External Auditor license by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of cameroon better known by its French acronym ONECCA to audit its financial records starting from 2019 for three(03) years period.
Deadline for submitting documents (administrative technical and financial proposals) is thity (30) calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement to the NWRFHP-PIG’s office in person.
THE EXTERNAL AUDITOR WILL :
Perform a standard financial audit of the NWRFHP-PIG’s annual financial activity to determine its financial status and compliance with policies and procedures ;
Perform auditing and accounting tests to determined the reability, integrity and internal control system ;
Examine accounting records such as general ledgers, assets/fiabilities records, income/expenditure accounts source documents and payroll journals to verify that transactions have been properly recorded and are in compliance with applicable regulations ;
Prepare Audit Report and Management letter with recommandations for corective actions applying professional judgement and interpretations of applicable rules and standards ;
Submit the Audit Report to the NWRFHP-PIG by the 15th February each year and the annual Statistics and Tax Returns (STR) by the 28th February each year ;
Present the Audit Report of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) each year.

Compétences professionnelles :
The audit firm should be registered and possess a valid license from the national professional accountancy body : and have relevant experience in acounting and auditing of health sector projects and entities of similar nature.
The key members of the audit team should comprise, at least :
An team leader with at least 10 years’ experience in auditing and should have a sound knowledge of the audit of similar entities. He/she should be a registered member of ONECCA ;
A team leader with at least a Master’s degree in accounting/auditing with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in auditing ;
An assistant auditor with adequate experience and professionnal qualifications
